Tiny
Machado
de Campos is a partner-director of Cintra Leite
Consultants, a management consulting specialized in Strategic
Planning, Family Business, Marketing for Professional Services Firms,
Corporate Governance and Foundation Governance and Franchising Systems
for franchisors.
The
Cintra Leite Consultants was a member of Horwath International
(HI) and Horwath Franchise Services (HFS) a group of
independent auditing and consultancy firms, with more than 560 offices
in 90 countries, under coordination and support of Horwath
International.
Now
she is licensed from the company.
She
is President of the Supreme Council of Cultural Union Brazil United
States.
The Cintra Leite Consultants was a member of Horwath International (HI)
and Horwath Franchise Services (HFS), a group of independent companies
to audit and consultancy in the world with 560 offices in over 90
countries providing services to its customers internationally with
coordinating and support of HI, in the industrial, commercial and
services.
He was assistant to Prof. Roberto Cintra Leite in the course "Creation
of New Franchise Business" in EAESP / FGV from 1989 until 1995 and
participated as invited teacher at GV / PEC - Continuing Education
Program of Getúlio Vargas Foundation.
She is author of the book – “The Challenge of Beeing a Woman” - Makron
Books - MacGraw Hill, 1992. She studied Law at Mackenzie University,
with the concentration area in Civil and Commercial Law.
She is post-graduate by GV / PEC in the "Third Sector" area and
experience in Foundations and Associations oriented to socio-cultural
activities and charities in São Paulo. She writes articles on the best
newspapers and magazines of the country on topics of her knowledge. She
is constantly interviewed on radio and television.
She has been invited as speaker at national and international seminars,
Fairs, Exhibitions and Conferences of entities linked to the franchise
industry and "Third Sector" and Consumer behavior.
She was President of the Business Professionals Woman of S. Paulo (BPW-SP)
in the 2001/02 biennium. The entity is affiliated to the International
Federation of Business Professional Women, based in London.
She was Executive President of União Cultural Brazil Estados Unidos
Foundation - UCBEU- in the biennium 2002/2003 an nonprofit organization,
for the dissemination of American culture, the English language and
social activities. During her tenure she coordinated the process of
property revamping, and restored the financial balance of the
Foundation.
In 2004, she was elected President of the Supreme Council of UCBEU, a
position she occupies until today.
She speaks correctly English, Spanish and French. |
