owned managed business and private companies, Foundations and
Institutes.
We implement the Family Council and the Family Office. We prepare the
Strategic Plan, Business Plan and Corporate Risk Management System. We
elabore Code of Ethics and Shareholders Agreement.
We elaborate Franchise System for industrial, for commercial and
services companies.
We provide
lectures, seminars and workshops on Governance and Risk Management
System. The senior consultants are regularly requested as speakers at
events, and television programs, and write articles for newspapers. They
are also authors of books in their respective areas of expertise.
